At La Bella Medical Aesthetics, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional care and personalized attention. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to adjust your scheduled appointments. To ensure that all of our valued clients have the opportunity to receive timely services and to respect the time and commitment of our skilled professionals, we have established the following consultation fee and cancellation fee policies:

Consultation Fee Policy:

Your $100 consultation fee may be applied toward same-day or future treatments if they cannot be performed same-day – such as laser treatments. Otherwise, it serves as payment for the consultation time spent with our providers and the personalized medical recommendations made during your visit.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

At La Bella Medical Aesthetics, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with dedicated time and attention from your provider. Out of respect for both our patients and clinical team, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.

Certain services reserve additional time on our providers’ schedules. Appointments such as dermal filler treatments and select laser procedures require a $250 reservation deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of service.Deposits for these extended appointments are forfeited if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

These policies allow us to honor the time reserved for every patient and maintain the highest level of care and availability for our community.
